Who We Are

Equip & Offshore Marine Support Services is a proudly indigenous Nigerian company providing specialized dredging and marine support solutions to the Oil & Gas industry. Incorporated in 1998 and operational since 1999, we have built a solid reputation for delivering exceptional, compliant, and cost-effective services both onshore and offshore.

Our journey began by supporting onshore Oil & Gas exploration with swamp excavators and accommodation barges. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities and fleet to include Platform Supply Vessels, Anchor Handling Tug Vessels, ASD Tugs, Crew Boats, and Ballistic Security Vessels—offering full-spectrum marine logistics and operational support.

We are proud of our long-standing partnerships with leading International Oil Companies (IOCs), major drilling contractors, and National Oil Companies. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our highly trained workforce, impeccable safety record, and strict adherence to industry regulations and best practices.

Our History

1999 - 2003

Charter of Barges, Houseboats, Security Vessels and Supply Vessels to Shell, Transocean, Dredging International and Ensco drilling.

2003 - 2007

Acquisition of Offshore Supply and Crew Vessels Charter of Vessels to Exxon-Mobil, Chevron, Technip and Conoil

2007 - 2011

Charter of vessels to Exxon-Mobil, Conoil, Nigeria Agip Oil Company and Saltpond (Ghana).

2011 - 2015

Charter of Anchor Handling Tugs and Security Vessels to Exxon-Mobil

2015 - 2019

Charter of various vessel types to Exxon-Mobil and Shell Dry dock of vessels

2023 - till present

Charter of MV Kaka Jack up Rig for the decommissioning of Saltpond Oil Field to Ghana National Petroleum Commission (GNPC). Charter of Rig Kantan IV to Peak Petroleum.
